What is your shipping Policy?

FOR ART PRINTS:

Most art prints are printed upon order. Average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-10 business days for paper, canvas and framed prints. For acrylic and metal prints, please expect a longer turn around (10-20 business days). However, depending on order volume, the turnaround time might be a little quicker or longer.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact me or email me at jen@jenniferakkermans.com to confirm details. From mid-November to mid-January, the production times may also increase due to the holiday season. Please note that shipping time is extra and is typically 3-5 days.

Shipping is FREE on most orders within the Continental North America (Canada & USA). For locations in Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, NWT and Nunavut, shipping costs will need to be quoted separately. Jennifer Akkermans will not be responsible for import duties and taxes required for shipping to the United States.

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS:

Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you when available. 

Standard shipping is FREE on Originals, Limited Editions and most Merchandise within both the Continental United States and Canada. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada, expedited shipping, and special requests will be charged at full cost. 

For shipping original artworks and limited editions outside the Continental U.S. and Canada, please contact me to discuss the best and most cost-effective way to ship your art. All shipping and handling costs must be borne by the buyer. I generally use Canada Post, UPS and Fedex for international shipping. Jennifer Akkermans will not be responsible for import duties and taxes required for international shipping.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

  • I do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
  • I do my utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
  • If your prints or artworks arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me at jen@jenniferakkermans.com with your order number for further instructions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All print sales are final. Please contact jen@jenniferakkermans.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
